Garth Terry ran almost a full minute ahead of his nearest competition, Simon Isaacs, covering the 15.5-mile course at a 5:37/mile (3:39/km) pace.

Samantha Kirby also scored a one-minute victory over Deirdre Gallagher in the women's race.

Mike Hart, 50, was first over 36.

Race director John Haubert thanked Ize's Bagels, his wife Marty, and a baker's dozen other volunteers, including Rolland Elliott, who somehow marshalled two different positions along the course.
