Bert Rodriguez, running his home course, took the lead early and never looked back, eventually gaining a lead of more than a minute over his training buddy Matt Lowe.

Toni Marie Diegoli, just six days after a 3rd place finish at ING Miami Half-Marathon, pulled away from Jessie Sackett to win the women's race.

The race benefitted Capital Hospice, and their volunteers gleefully staffed the water station on the out-and-back course.

Race director James Scarborough thanks the many volunteers and participants.
